They only allowed 2 shoppers at a time / and because she took so long with the previous customers , when I came in I felt rushed and was not shown everything and now I am home I am not happy with my purchase and I plan on returning the item this week and order off line

I purchased some charms and the sales person forgot to give them to me in my bag. I can’t reach the store by phone. I have to drive 1 hr and a half to go back to resolve my problem.

I felt like I could not move and browse. Once I got my receipt and looked online I feel like I got upcharged. The prices online where so much cheaper even with paying shipping. I would have say about 50%. I am very disappointed.

I went to the store because of the buy 2 get 1 free promo. Was told by store associate it didn't apply to my purchase unless I have a credit account. That turned out to be a lie now I have to either forfeit my free charms or go to another store and try to fix a problem I didn't cause.

Originally went to the Pandora location in Dawsonville Ga. After leaving the experience at this location without purchasing went to perimeter mall location and made 2 purchases. Princess wishbone rose gold rings. They didn’t have my size so my husband purchased the next size up and I had to attempt to call around to find the size 5 rings I needed. It was a joke calling every single store no one answered ANY of the phones at any location near me. It was HORRIBLE driving all over the state to find my rings because not even customer service for Pandora would answer and help a new customer. I probably will not be a return customer. I would much rather write positive reviews however in this case I am annoyed and feel invaluable as a customer. The service at dawsonville was sub par and the inability to contact customer service and a local store to find my rings was not acceptable. I’m sure I’m not the only person this happened to. Overall terrible experience for my first and probably last purchase. Hopefully y’all prioritize fixing these things.

The representative we had was a new associate and gratefully was able to be assisted by another associate (tall, stealth, light skinned woman of color) who was very knowledgeable and patient. The issue that we had was that not only had they ran out of proper boxes for a gift set that had just been purchased but was dismissive in regards a as to why we couldn’t choose the bag of our choice of which at first we had to remind her to give us tissue paper to put in our bag because it was a gift. Heather’s associate that assisted her had no parts in this as she had left by this time.

I did not really plan to buy anything from pandora yesterday but when i saw the black friday deal which was 35% off, i decided to buy some charms. When i got home & checked my receipt, i realized that the discount given to me was $35, not 35%. I called the store the next day & asked if they can do an adjustment, but they said they cant do it over the phone. I dont live in dawsonville & it’s almost a 2 hour drive from where i live. It’s very frustating that i didnt get the 35% discount because of the sales associate’s error & i cant drive back there for almost 2 hours just to have that price adjustment. I wish they can just credit it back to my card since they already pulled up my transaction & saw the error.

I had to wait while to be assisted but there was a worker who was not assisting customers at that time and she looked as if she wasn’t even busy. Also, no one even acknowledged me when I walked into the store.

I was looking to purchase a specific pair of earrings and online, it said that this location had it in stock. I tried to call multiple times to confirm that it was in stock but they did not pick up the phone for two days. When I finally went in person to the store, 2 associates were not busy with other customers so I was confused on why neither of them had picked up the phone. Once I came in, the first associate that greeted me had a mask on but did not cover her face entirely. Only her mouth was covered and her nose wasn’t. This did not make me feel safe at all given the fact that there is a pandemic going on. Once I told her what item I was looking for she looked in one location and it was unavailable so I decided to leave. However, I came back and asked a different associate who actually took the time to go through the entire store and check for me unlike the first associate. they didn’t have it in stock so she recommended another pair that was similar. This associate was a lot more helpful and had her face mask on correctly
