The computer was not available at checkout therefore it was a long drawn out process. The correct items were not received which caused 2 more trip to the store which is 20 miles from home. An exchange was denied for the same item in a different size for a bracelet . The store Manager was very accommodating but the final sales associate appeared frustrated by the correction of the exchange in beads which was already pre-approved by the manager.

Because the shipping is to high $20.00 is not a value it is not a great deal at all.

40 Minute wait time ... Being at an outlet with basically no product being reduced. After asking if anything was on sale I got told that I get a free gift instead of any reduction. After having paid I had to remained the lady, that already said good bye to me, that I had not received any gift. The gift itself was more or less trash- not the stores fault though. The girls were just overwhelmed with customers and I guess they tried their best. The store definitely needs more staff. Would I have known that nothing was on sale in the store I would have skips the wait time and would have just went to my local Pandora store

The price of the jewelry did not ring correctly in the POS. Despite the fact that the sales associate mentioned the sales price verbally, when it rang incorrectly she didn't notice and when questioned about the higher price she said something about it being full price. I completed the sale and checked the receipt and the item and showed her the discrepancy. She offered to find a manager, but by that point, I'd waited 45 minutes and was done. The price discrepancy was $5 but it was frustrating that the associated didn't notice or check it before completing the sale.

Sales Associate Mary M was very rude with short responses to my questions regarding different pieces i was looking for. I shop at Pandora a lot and definitely will not stop at that location again. when i asked her to put my purchase on my account, she asked me"why its clearance/discontinue merchandise so there's no warranty anyway" but that's wasn't the point, what if i just needed it on my account for tracking purchase, insurance purposes etc.. She didn't even tell me thanks, she put my item in the bag asked if i wanted the receipt and just handed me the bag. Poor customer experience. i will would rather pay full price and go to a full range Pandora store than to shop back at the outlet. I actually get better customer service at Jared's.

Once i got my charms cleaned and purchased a new bracelet and charms. On the way home i realized that my bracelet clasp would not stay closed, so my bracelet would not stay on my wrist

The sales associate didn't seem interested in doing her job. She didn't not even want to change trays of charms through the glass. She wanted to know exactly what we wanted. How will we know what we want if she doesn't show us the options even through the glass.

I came in to exchange a crown ring for size. While doing so I was told by the associate that the ring had a tendency to "break very, very easily" because it was made with soft metal. She indicated that other customers bought another piece to stack it with to avoid breaking it. I asked her why Pandora would knowingly sell a product that breaks very, very easily and her response was "That's on Pandora, not us." I asked Don't you work for Pandora, and she told me "Yes, but we don't design the jewelry, we just sell it." Granted she was just a young kid so perhaps not too work or marketing savvy, but come on! If the product has a defect it should be fixed, not callously chalked up to a design flaw. Suffice to say I was not happy.

This person is not really helped. This is the 2nd time I visit this store im really disappointed not like people in Buford mall they are the best.

Well I didn't realize there was a wait to get to speak to a sales associate. There needed to be more people working when there is a high volume of customers, especially around the holidays. We were told it would be a 30 minute wait but it was more like an hour.
