The sales associate was a traininee. She clearly did not know how to locate the merchadise in the store and did not ask for help. Thereby leaving me without the service I needed. Trainee's should have a knowlegable associate with them to support the customers needs. Inventory showed 2 leo symbol charms available and the trainee could not find 1. She didn't ask for help and I left the store very unhappy.

The inventory was missed placed in case therefore you couldn't tell what you were actually looking at. Nobody was placing names on wait list and st one point over 6 customers were in the store waiting and manager committed only two names on list going to back and left. It was at that point everyone asked one of the two people truly working is there a list we need our name on which she graciously asked her customer to please allow her to add our names. Then the wait was very long despite several employees working,

The sales associates were very inattentive and the store was not crowded. I started with one sales person and she ended up leaving me and going in the back to clean a customer's bracelet that came in after me. I kept asking questions and none of them could give me definite answers. I like the store but the customer service was terrible!!!

there was a lot of people waiting to be helped. This was on a sunday afternoon which I think is known to be a busy day. There were three ladies helping, which is a good amount of employees however there were at least 10 customers in the store so 7 ladies ahead of me were waiting for help. I decided to leave and come back at a later time. There was actually a 4th employee... who maybes was a manager ? all she did was putting people's names on the waiting list and chatted with a lady who was an "employee off the clock." She also chatted with other customers which maybe was nice but there were soooo many ladies waiting for help with ugly looks, why didnt this "possibly" a manager jump to help ? also, this being an outlet store, I expected the beads that are now 2 years old to be marked down some. The beads I wanted with the the pink enamel flowers were still regular price and they are the Spring 2015 collection (i believe) that was a little disappointing.

I was not welcomed when i entered the Pandora Outlet, also there were sales associates in the store but no one approached to help me. I had to ask for assistance which still took over 5 minutes.

The problem is not with Pandora because I’m a frequent customer of pandora. My dissatisfaction is with the sales associate who was attending in my last 2 purchases. Her name is Ashley. No. 220549. She was very rude and is bothered when asked to show products. And she’s always chewing gum very loudly and visibly.

I was walking into the store and an employee comes running towards me and told me to walk back out of the store and to wait outside and start forming a line. I have no problem doing this but the way she did it while raising her voice was not okay. I was so embarrassed; the customers inside all turned around to look. Then when it was finally my turn the girl helping us walked away to get her chapstick, fix the A.C. and do other things. Her intention was not to help me. I had to purchase four gifts but only purchased one $70 charm because I had to. This gift was for a secret Santa that specifically asked for this. Prior to this I had already gone two other times and ended leaving because I could not wait longer. I waited more than 20 minutes on each occasion.
