The people who work in this store are never friendly. There was a promo gift, which are while supplies last. We needed the larger size but the associate would only give us the smallest size because the large was on hold. If it is while supplies last then that pretty much means first come. They didn't even offer to have one shipped from the warehouse. When I got home I was able to purchase everything cheaper on the website and receive the promo bracelet in an adult size. I will return the entire purchase to the store and not return and tell my friends not to shop there.

The manager left the ring out of my bag and then try to blame me and say she gave it to me. I never received it. She even said after I review the video it will depend if you get another ring. I told her I was never given the ring, it was not placed in the box or bag. The manager would not take ownership and blamed customer.

Pandora attendants at North Georgia Premium Outlet are always very arrogant, treating the customer badly. Yesterday was the last time I go to that store.

I went in to do an exchange of a ring. I was told it would be no problem as the ring was not on clearance. The young girl who was helping me was new and did not know a lot. The sales lead came to help and she was really huffy about the situation. Proceeded to tell me that was I was told was wrong, that she could not help me. Said I was told in the first place. Just kept saying it would go against her and her numbers. She agreed to it some way, but when I finally found a ring to exchange it for..she would not let me do it. She disappeared to the back for 30 mins. The young girl who helped me did not know anything and kept having to go to the back or to someone else. No one could tell me prices of things or even the ring I was looking at before the 30% off. The sales lead just kept pushing for my purchase to go on her numbers. She also seemed to get huffy with the young girl for asking questions and trying to learn. I am very unhappy about the situation and how it went and that I was pretty much forced to choose something I did not like or want just to get my exchange done. I will probably not shop in that store again and if I do...not when that sales lead is in the store.

The sales associate was not attentive and no sense of urgency. The store was not crowded however completing her tasks was more important than the customer. In what world is this possible? Without the consumer there is no business.The attitude and the nonchalant attitude was not necessary. I have been collecting for 11 years. I can take my money else where.

Had to wait in a line outside, in the cold To wait my turn to come into the store. Not because of Covid, because there was “no way to tell Who arrived first to get help.” There was only four associates working, and no sense of urgency. When I arrived at the store there were eight parties in front of me. I literally waited an hour to buy two rings and a set of earrings - Something I already knew I wanted and did not have to browse before making my selection. With current technology there are many other solutions available to Help with this challenge but No one thought of the customer experience, highly disappointed.

I visited this store and made a purchase, went to return the purchase and was told that it was a clearance item. I was not told at time of purchase that it was clearance and unable to return the product. This was also not visible on the receipt that it was a clearance item. The associate claimed she told me this and then said I asked specifically for clearance when I came in which was a total lie. I came in asking to see gold necklaces. The assistant manager named Sara was the associate and I was highly disappointed in her service, lying and she was very curt. I will never return to this Pandora and am unsure I'll shop at Pandora again.

Only two associates were working on a hectic day. The associates were only letting in a customer per associate. I waited over an hour. Once it was my turn, the associate was not friendly, and she was rude. The price of the earrings was different than what I was charged. After I left the store, I realized the price difference due to the associate not being friendly. I didn't bother going back to correct the price. I am highly dissatisfied with the overall experience. I don't think I will be shopping at Pandora.

The website said store opens at 10am. When I got there at 10:50am there was a line and the sign said store opens at 11am. Since there were only 5 people in front of me and the store will open soon so I waited. One employee came to open the door and took the first set of ladies in. The employee didn’t say good morning or hello nor did she explained anything. After she advised the first group in she closed the door. I waited in line for about 25 minutes and two employees walked in. They didn’t say hello or say anything about the long wait. It wasn’t until it was my turn to get in another 10 minutes later when I asked the sale rep about the line and procedure. She said it was Pandora policy only 1 rep per group allowed. There should have been a sign about the policy! I can tell you many people walked away because the lack of communication and the unfriendliness of the sales reps!! I will not be shopping at this location anymore!
