Mostly due to inconsiderate shoppers. The wait was extremely long over an hour. The associate was very apologetic not her fault, maybe having 2 more associate would have helped. Presently only 2 associate assisting customers.

The salesperson SARAH wasn’t nice at all as many Pandora’s I frequent, I gave this one a try (Outlet store), 1 Hour wait In the Line, she wasn’t happy or helpful to sum it up she was EXTREMELY RUDE. As if we were bothering her, she wasn’t knowledgeable of her merchandise it was just a very unpleasant experience Sarah is the reason I’ll Never come back with service like that I’d rather go to my local malls and pay full price

The charm I wanted was marked at $45 when the cashier rung it up, it wrung up $55. The cashier did not recognize the price that was marked like other stores do when items are marked incorrectly. Then the cashier advised I can get a $10 off coupon for next visit but didn’t advise I would have to spend $100 to get $10 off. The cashier should of recognize the lower price since it was the store fault the charm was marked incorrectly.

The sales associate Sarah (206415) was not friendly or helpful, she did not seem to know what products were available in the store and didn't seem to care or want to be of assistance in fact she told us one charm wasn't available when later found out you actually did have it and she just happened to stumble upon it while looking for something else. I was shopping for myself as well as my daughter but due to her lack of assistance, knowledge, and friendliness I ended up only purchasing a couple of items and not everything I had originally planned on purchasing. I inquired about a necklace I saw on display her response was "it's just a charm the same one your daughter is getting" was there a reason I could not purchase as a necklace as you had it on display? No I didn't want just a charm I wanted it as a necklace, I asked about a ring which she stated she didn't think it was in my size but never bothered to look. After waiting in line for over 45 minutes and then having a sales associate like Sarah was a very disheartening and frustrating experience and I wish I would have had the option to pass on Sarah and wait for another associate to help us.

I did not appreciate that and outside for an hour or more I feel like they’re gonna let more people in the store to at least look around to see what it is they wantTurning on the side of the store they could’ve let a few more people You all did a horrible job serving people you need to find a better way with this Pandemic

Unsatisfied with the Customer Service behavior that Sharon displayed. I honestly felt like there was a racial issue with the her. I gave her my card in her hand for her to verify, Sharon looked at my card, laid it on the counter, and then pushed it towards me so that I can pick it up. Hardly during the transaction did Sharon even look up at me. She did maintain a pleasant voice throughout the encounter and I acknowledged and thanked Sharon for doing so and helping me, but as well informed her of how I felt with the behavior that she displayed.

As the result of Covid 19 this location was only allowing a select number of guest. I was in line with my family however my kid needed to potty. Upon my return to the line my husband was in the store however they would not allow me access despite the fact that we were in line together. The items I wanted to purchase the associate act as if she was unfamiliar. There was certainly a better way to handle this situation, a day before Mother’s Day!!!!!!

I walked in the store and it looked like the manager of the store was standing behind the counter as soon as I walked in I looked at her for help she didn’t speak and turned her head away from me and walked off to go get a young lady to help me after 5 minutes very racist location the lady who was rude was an older white lady and the lady who helped me was a younger Hispanic lady who was glad to help me and very knowledgeable the older lady never once looked at me or spoke and she was the only lady I saw when I walked in the door she went to the other side of the store to go find another person to help me I still purchased several items and felt that that location was horrible the jewelry is not cheap and the customer service shouldn’t be either never again
