The Pandora at the North Georgia Premium Outlets was ridiculous. I understand that I had to be put on a waiting list, but that wasn't my main issue. The old looking lady was asking people who needed to be put on the waiting list and not only did I basically yelled "I do" but I also raised my hand. I know she heard me because she was right in front of me when I said it. Instead she decided to go to the people that didn't say anything and one of those people even pointed to me to teller her I said I needed to and she still decided to ignore/ not acknowledge what I said. Needless to say this will be the LAST time I step for in that Pandora store at the North Georgia Premium Outlets.

I called early in the week to get a few charms put on hold for me. I asked her to hold it until the weekend because this is the closest outlet to me but the drive is also over an hour. I spoke with the store manager and she was very rude and had the worst attitude ever. It seems that they have gotten a new one because the previous manager was the best. I asked the store manager later in the week if she could hold the charms until Sunday because I had to work and she made a huge fuss about it stating to me the "policy" that you only hold for 24 hours but I know there are exceptions to this rule. She went back and forth with me and was just extremely nasty about it. This is not how a STORE MANAGER should treat a customer. I went in today and got them so she would not put them back and when I arrived, the two girls there did not seem like they wanted to help me. During checkout, the associate neglected to ask me for my information so my receipt would save and I asked her if I could do it and she said to do it at the end which I know does not save it under your profile. I reassured her that I wanted to do it before my payment and she made it seem like it was a problem. TERRIBLE STORE!!

Ari was my associate she did not know her product. Took her a while to find everything I ask to see. Cont to say oh nothing is where it should be. Ari was attentive until after picking out several charms (8) only decided to buy 5 Ari became frustrated with removing the items since the mobile pay she was using. During my purchase I asked about the free ornament gift since the bracelet offer was only at retail stores she had me remind her like it was my job🤔 this survey would have been avoided if After giving me the free gift she gave me a bag. She states oh we are out! So you want me to carry my items in my hand? Another associate advised her to look because there were bags. Ari made me feel less important after she made the sale and moved on to her next customer. Horrid service. Imo it’s not how you start but how you finish

The employee working in the store did not even smile . She gave me the impression that I am there to bother her in whatever she is doing in the checkout counter. It was my wedding anniversary that day. We still bought a bangle bracelet but that’s about it. We could have bought more if she was friendly and more accommodating. With her attitude, she made us feel rushed in choosing pandora jewelries. So, we just bought 1 item and left.

Courtesy, Professionalism and knowledge of the products. In addition the prices of the some of the charms purchased were priced affordable.

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with this pandora at the outlet mall. First of all there was no organization what so ever to this store. I walked around for 20 minutes before I was checked in. Then I was told when I returned a set that my boyfriend bought me (due to already having it) that I couldn't return the most expensive charm that was a 100 dollars. I get it was retired but I feel as if I should be allowed to at least get a store credit to pick something else out! This is insane and just bad business. I will never buy pandora again specially from this Dawsonville outlet location. Y'all should be ashamed for ripping my boyfriend off the way y'all did. I will be contacting other people with this complaint. I am very upset with the service I received.

The store was to open at 6am and I was the third person in line. A lady opens the door and lets the 2 people in. She asks everyone else to wait in line. I asked if I can come in, she said there are only 2 SAs and she can only let 2 people in. I told her that I thought she was free to take one customer. She said, verbatim, "Oh, I'm the manager, so I have to be free to, you know, manage." She then proceeds to stand at the door, half open, to watch the growing line outside. And complains that its too cold out. HER NAME IS MIKAELA. I am APPALLED. I work at retail and I have never EVER seen a manager REFUSE TO SELL because she's the manager. A lot of people in line had already complained, and some left and she still didnt take the job! I go to this store all the time and every manager I have met here have taken customers to help speed things up. Unbelievable that someone in that position does not fully understand their job or the company values.
