I ordered a bracelet online & I went to north ga outlets to get it. It was a very easy process & the lady, Ana helped me with charms & making sure the charms worked, etc.

It took kind of a long time to get assistance, but we disregarded the wait once we met Danielle, our sales associate. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She made lots of recommendations and was patient as we made decisions about which items to purchase for a gift for our teenage daughter.
