The sales girl I had was extremely helpful and very nice.

I arrived at opening time and was greeted with a smile and great customer service. Each of the representatives in the store was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I felt welcomed because time was taken and all of my questions were answers.

My sales associate, Makayla S. was fantastic!!! She knew all about the Marvel character charms and their stories. She even showed me Dr. Strange’s charm where it said, Forget everything you think you know! Then she showed me how to organize all of my Marvel charms on the bracelet where they could be seen easier. This is the best customer service I have ever had. I will be a very loyal Pandora customer! Thank you for hiring such quality associates.

The sales associate was very friendly. She assisted us as soon as we told her what we wanted. The check out was fast and easy. We were there for less than 15 minutes.

They cleaned my bracelet without a long wait. They also gave me a a free jewelry bag, and she also told me the sale on the discontinued necklace that I could not pass up.
