I was in a rush. The store was closing in 30 minutes and I needed to buy a group gift for a retirement party. I had spent the entire day at the hospital with my mom and was stressed out. The associate was efficient, helpful and kind. I’m and out in about 20 minutes with a beautiful bracelet.

I thought the store was pretty busy but they did a good job keeping everyone moving. They had ALOT of sale items and I was really impressed.

The north Georgia Premium outlet location has been by far the best Pandora store I’ve been to! I really like the fact that they have retired items that I was unable to find.

The Sales associates that helped were very helpful and friendly. They let us look around first and let us know about the special pricing on certain items. The sales associate that help us was able to show us the perfect bracelet and beads. We had a wonderful experience at this store.

The sales associate was extremely helpful. She took the time to help me set up my charms and she was very knowledgeable! I really enjoyed this visit. I'm a frequent shopper of the Sugarloaf location and I've never been treated this amazing! Tonya was GREAT! This location is an hr from my home, but I value great service, so I will DEFINITELY be returning. She suggested soooo many amazing ideas! I absolutely loved it. And the new sales clerk suggested a great bracelet that was better for me than the one I intentionally wanted! Tonya was nice enough to set up all 3 of my bracelets( I have about 30 charms) she styled each one beautifully.Now they all flow exactly how I want them too!! She also made great suggestions for my locket charm! I really enjoyed this experience!

My experience in the store was great only thing I have issue about was one of the newest birthstone charms that I wanted was not available at that store
