The sales associate was extremely friendly and very helpful.

The associates were friendly and fun. They knew the merchandise and were able to quickly find items. They made suggestions. I had never been in a pandora before. I was shopping for a gift for my granddaughter who is 8. We found something perfect and she loved it. Also, cute gift wrap!

The sales associate-Tonya was very nice and helpful. She assisted me greatly with a previous purchase (earrings that was purchased and the earring clasp was very loose- she assisted with replacing the clasps). I explained I haven’t worn the earrings due to I felt they may come out due to the loose clasps on both earrings.Then, she assisted with a purchase of a ring. I explained I wanted a nice thumb ring with some sparkle and she was patiently showing rings that fit perfectly. She even showed rings that would look good for future purchases. After the purchase, we held a very nice conversation. Both associates in the store was very nice and very pleasant. I really like this Pandora location.

The salesperson was very friendly and helpful. My charm broke off my bracelet and she was able to find a match and remove the top part. She also recommended that I get a clip to give balance to my bracelet.
