I really Can’t remember the associates name that helped me but she had red hair. She was literally amazing. I love the fact that she was so ready to help me and give me the best advice on what I should I do. Her customer service was amazing, and I’m so grateful she was able to help me . This was my first Pandora bracelet so she made this moment very special for me.

The Sales Lead was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and engaging. She was aware of cultural aspects of an organization for which I was searching for products, and she went above and beyond my expectations to help me find it. When we realized that it was unavailable in-store, she recommended an online purchase. She also educated me about product warranties and the importance of regular cleanings for my jewelry. She’s amazing!
