The sales lead, Tianna, had complete control of the store and the customers she was helping. She made an effort to greet us when I walked in with my friend while helping a group in front of her. I felt welcomed, and the store was immaculate. The only Pandora store I want to shop at.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable about the items, the store was never crowded, the associate was very helpful with my purchase.

Sales associate was very helpful. I came in showed her what I wanted and she got it! Then she showed me some other items and I ended up purchasing a couple of extra things that I really wanted! The items said out of stock online and I was surprised and happy she had been so suggestive because if she wasn’t I wouldn’t have thought to even check to see if they had them in store!
