I was able to call and place an item on hold while I drove two hours to this store. Service was great from start to finished. Patience was awesome I have a little one that needed to go potty she didn't hesitate to let me know I could place my stuff on hold and come back. She had patience to help me make sure I got all the items I wanted to look at and purchase. The service was very friendly from beginning to end. I called prior to coming to the Pandora Outlet store and was able to put a hold on the black leather double bracelet I was looking for for Halloween. I was pleased to find out that they had my size.

The sales associate was helpful and patient. The selection of bracelets were great. I would be nice been able to see more at one time. Or if there was a digital screen we can see the catalog of avialable. It would help with the selection process.
