The sales associate Tianna W., was so knowledgeable on how to style and care for the jewelry. She was very helpful as I wasn't sure how I wanted to style my bracelet. Her personality is spot on for customer service and dealing with customers that can be indecisive. She was very patient and friendly throughout all the time we took up in the store.

The sales associate was very helpful, nice and very attentive..she let me look at all of the charms that I wanted to until I made the right selections. She was great .

I love the selection of merchandise and the price. I went inside the store just to browse but saw charms that caught my attention. I left the store because I had not decided to purchase anything. I later returned and made a purchase that I am very pleased to own.
