The associate was very friendly. She assisted my friend with her choices and purchases very efficiently. She was very patient when helping us. She convinced my other friend to make a purchase. My friend bought me a bracelet and charm because she was very helpful. My bracelet had to be ordered and she took care of that for me. I received it in allotted time frame that she told me. Very satisfied.
