Upon arrival I was greeted with a friendly smile. The associate working with me was very patient; helped me find the correct ring size after many attempts. I love going in the store to shop and get my beautiful rings.

The experience I had at this Pandora location was awesome. Sara, the assistant manager was very helpful with me picking out charms for my bracelet. Although, the store was out of the month of August birthstone charms and the zodiac sign for August, Sara took the time to show many more charms that assisted me with my purchase. She was very patient and took plenty of time for me to pick items for my purchase. She even took the time to clean thoroughly my bracelet and worked to remove any yellow residue that was left over from a previous cleaning from a previous Pandora location. She took the time to show me how my bracelet should be cleaned properly. Plus gave me a storage bag that can serve as a cleaning bag in between visits. That was AWESOME customer service that is not seen much in specialty jewelry stores. The time spent resulted in me purchasing earrings that I ❤️. Now, I look forward to other purchases with Pandora. Some customers is looking for quality products and quality service through sales associates and this exemplified in this purchase.
