The sales associate was very knowledgeable of the merchandise in the store. When the item I was looking for wasn’t there she found some great alternatives and I purchased them.

My sales associate went above and beyond to assistance me and my cousin at the same time to try to get us all worked out quickly but not rushed. She was alone in the store at the time waiting on help but took her time with us.

The sales associate gave superb customer service.

Tonya was great handled all the customers with care that came in, even though there was a few other customers waiting before me & after me I never felt rushed at all. I wish this store was closer to where I live, but its a hour away.

Salesperson was very attentive and helpful. Wish there would have been a greater selection, but since it’s an outlet I understand.

I really appreciated that the store was enforcing social distancing and that I didn't have to worry about other people being too close or breathing down my neck while I shopped. That was the best part. The associate, Sara, was also very patient with me and my mother and I appreciate that given that it was her first time in the store and she did not know exactly what she wanted (I bought her bracelet and her first set of charms). Sara kindly showed us whatever row of charms we were interested in and even made recommendations.

Sales associate knew exactly what I was looking for. We were only there a short time and process was easy. I will be back.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable about the merchandise. She told me how to take care of my bracelet that the other associates never told me. My aunt who was from out of town bought a bracelet and two charms, the associate was patient and was very helpful in helping her make a decision.
