I drove 1hr to this store because I was referred by other shoppers. When I arrived I had to wait due to others were in the store due to COVID but DAtra acknowledged me to let me know they would be with me after the customers in store were done. Someone would be with me. In a few minutes the young lady trainee was very helpful and apologetic for my wait. She assisted me with charms. She was very helpful and courteous. DAtra and the young lady was assisting me due to me being the only customer now. I had both of there attention and serve to help. Sales went well also I had a return/exchange and DAtra was so helpful and know her stuff😊 Very satisfied with the service and quality of my jewelry.
