I went into the Pandora at Cumberland mall first and received great customer service from Tanetria O (#199634) she sold us a beautiful bracelet and charm. I came back on valentines to the Pandora in Dawsonville and received great customer service from Emily R (#190513) she sold me 2 beautiful charms as well and I was looking for a particular charm and she explained that it was online only and they would get it later on. So in both events that I’ve come to the Pandora store I was highly satisfied with my service from both wonderful ladies.

I am new to Pandora and the young lady who help me Gesselle was amazing she was very knowledgeable about all Pandora products and suggested other items base on my likes, she explained everything very detailed. I’m very satisfied with Pandora and highly recommended them. Great service and great associates.

Our sales associate was very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. The selection of bracelets were perfect. It was hard to decide on just one charm; there were so many. I love pandora!
