The person who helped me was awesome. She was very friendly and excited to help me create my new charm bracelet. She also helped me find a cute ring for purchase when the ring I orginally wanted did not have my size.

She was very friendly, patient and personable with her service. I appreciated that.

I purchased a wedding set for my wife for our anniversary. She hasn’t worn a ring since her old one from Pandora was broken. I was so pleased with the sales associate working with me to find the right one. She was very sweet and it was very quick and easy. Definitely will be coming back.

The customer service was excellent. Being that this was my first purchase, the sales representative made my buying experience pleasurable. I was asked if I had any additional questions, which solidified my purchase.

The store was clean, associates were friendly and well informed. The items I purchased were part of a special Christmas sale.

It was a crazy busy Saturday the associates did not rush us and they were so friendly and helpful. We drove 2 1/2 hours from Chattanooga to Dawsonville I would make the drive again JUST for the friendly associates!!!!! They were amazing and made our experience amazing Please thank them for us AGAIN!!!!!

Had the pleasure of dealing with two people one was new her first day in the other young lady was I guess there for a while and the young lady that was new was very nervous but it was awesome experience they both was awesome and I appreciate their patient in service us..👌

At the location me and my friends went to the staff was very nice and patient with us. Also there was two girls helping us because one of them it was there first but both of them were super nice and sweet.
