The location is clean, I felt safe and it’s always a better experience than the ride associates at Cumberland mall.

Whenever I visit a Pandora store, the sales associates are friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. They are patient because there is such a large variety of charms that decision making can be hard. The sales associate will offer to clean your bracelet and charms at no extra cost even if you are not purchasing on that particular day.

The sales associate was very patient, attentive and friendly.

The associate help me find a replacement bracelet because I needed a smaller size. She explained the proper fit. Then we moved all my charms from my old bracelet to my new one and cleaned my charms up for me. Then placed it in my wrist. The only thing I had to ask for was a box to be able to store it when I’m not wearing it.

Clerk was very friendly helpful patient with me. She went above and beyond un searching for the initials that I wanted. She even searched new merchandise that had just came in. Gave me a book to see the different charms and a card to call the store on new merchandise.
