The wait was short. The sales lead took very good care of all of us. Everyone has at least two pieces each. They are doing a great job !

Vanessa got in touch letting me know new merchandise had arrived. Set up an appointment to show me the new items. Made the entire experience easy and comfortable. LOVE how Vanessa alerted me to new items in the store and some creative ways to layer items.

The store was really clean. Every sales associate wore face mask. Merchandise was clearly marked with prices and visually displayed nicely. Associates knew the merchandise well.

I was so pleased with my Pandora experience at the North GA Premium Outlets. The staff was friendly and courteous. The social distancing they have in place was awesome as well. Great store!!

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because Ms. Sharon was so helpful and pleasant. She was like a breath of fresh air. The only thing negative I would have to say about this location is that they need a larger selection of rose gold charms.
