My salesperson is my Pandora expert! She takes care of me & my daughter everytime we go in there. That's one of the reasons I drive 45 minutes to go to that location. She always put us some good pieces together. Even when I'm buying the expired charms.

I was highly satisfied for two reasons. First, the responsiveness of the customer service personnel who name is Becky. It took several tries to find the right charms. Becky was both patient and keep searching. The prices were lower than expected. The first bracelet is complete!!
