Looking to replace a piece on a retired set of earrings. Towne Center, Kennesaw store sent me to the outlet store in Dawsonville. Lauren P. could not find the piece for my earrings, but made a wonderful suggestion allowing me to keep the original beads!

I only get to this store once a year, and I take advantage of your clearance sale to purchase Christmas and birthday gifts. The sales clerks are always friendly and attentive.

1 on 1 time spent , told her what I was looking for . She showed me 4 bracelets then the perfect charm and I got what I was looking for
