The Associate's were very helpful the store was clean and pleasant.The ladies did everything they could to make sure I was happy with my purchase while finding out this was my first purchase in the Pandora store

The staff was very helpful and very knowledgeable of the products. I came in to exchange a bracelet my 17 year old daughter got me for mothers day for one that was a little thicker. The sales rep handled my exchange quickly and offered suggestions on charms that would look best on the new bracelet. I would recommend Pandora to my friends and family.

Due to the Covid regulations - it took a little while to get into the store. That's not your fault. Our salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. She was smart and courteous. She's probably the best pandora salesperson I have ever met.
