Sales associate was friendly which was important. Sales associate was also knowledgeable about the merchandise. She was able to provide me with multiple choices of what I was looking for.

The wait wasn’t long at all they were quick and fast. The staff was friendly and was excellent service while waiting in line offering bottles of water hand sanitizer and catalogs. Also the coustomer service was good and really helped me out looking at all the charms

I was satisfied with the service but disappointed that the sale that was advertised was no longer in place and nothing else was put in place to replace the item. Once it ran out!
