Customer Service was friendly and fast and they had exactly what I asked for

Once the sales associate asked me what I was shopping for and I told her charms, she showed me so many charms. She was very knowledgeable of the sale and how I could benefit from my purchase.

The sales associates were nice and friendly. They helped in the purchase I made. I like how they offer water while you wait. Overall I enjoyed talking and learning about new and old charms.

I was highly satisfied with way things were organized, especially with the new guidelines due to the Pandemic. The staff were able to keep everything in a safe environment, as customers waited outside before entering the store.

Always a great shopping experience at this location despite the extra covid precautions in the mall.
