DANIELA!! DANIELA!! DANIELA!! Talk about GREAT customer service, she was friendly, EXTRA helpful and just an all around pleasure to work with. I shop A LOT at Pandora and Daniela is by far my favorite rep that I have worked with in quite some time. I live in Iowa City, IA where my nearest Pandora store is either in Des Moines, IA which is 2 hours away from me or IL which is 3 hours away, so I do a bulk of my shopping online. But now....as much as I can, I will make the Orland Square Pandora my go to store, and it's all because of the AWESOME customer service I received from Daniela and her team. Thanks ladies :)
