This visit was match better than my last visit. The sale lady was nice and courteous positive attitude compared to my last visit. She displayed my charms with grace and elegance. My last visit my charms was thrown in the displayed box. With a very nasty attitude. On a scale from 1 to 10 I give this visit a 10.

Summer was our sales rep and she was excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable, suggestively sold things that we were likely to be interested in, but never pushy. She is a valuable asset to the store and we bought more that we would have because of her helpfulness and ability to satisfy our wants.

The service was great! The associates were very knowledgeable of products , greeted me with a warm welcome& made my purchase experience one to remember

I was very satisfied with my entire experience at Pandora today. All of the staff was very nice and easy going with me. They also were very helpful when I did not know what to pick.

It is always a joy to shop in this location. I drive 25 miles to come to this store. There is another location closer than the Orland Park store,but this location is worth the trip! Each staff member that I have encountered has been great.

Even though I waited in line for a while an associate continually asked if we were Ok needed anything and rounded with water. She was very friendly and made the wait not so bad.

My sales associate was very friendly. We didn’t come in knowing which charm we wanted, so she showed us the charms. We were very happy with the charm we picked.

Great service was very knowledgeable with item and help my search easy to find with giving me more suggestions.
