The environment is always pleasant. I just hate to stand in line forever, to make a purchase that only takes five minutes. I don't know if with this location maybe some chairs could be put out.

Bought what I came for. I needed a chair to sit and wait, not available.

One reason I was highly satisfied was that the sales lady Therese was actually wearing multiple pieces from the store another was that Therese pulled out exactly the bracelet I came for and helped me choose a marvelous charm I left with all smiles

My sales associate, Summer, was very friendly and patient. It was after hours and she still had a smile in her face and made my experience at Pandora a great one! She made my birthday a lot better. Thanks Summer!

The wait time to get in the store was quick but fining my merchandise took way too long and it was filed incorrectly which was scary

Once I arrived to the store I only had to stand outside for about 2 minutes. When I entered the store and I asked the associate what I was looking for she knew exactly what it was it. She found the item instantly, it didn’t take long at all! I was able to go in and out.
