I went to the Orland Park, IL location and was helped by Zoe R. She was very helpful & friendly! Even got me approved for a credit card.

Customer service was great as usual. The wait to enter the store was short. Overall great experience as usual.

Iwona was very sweet and knowledgeable of the merchandise. She was able to show me different ways to wear the jewelry. She was great.

The service was amazing

I had a problem with my bracelet where the locket wouldn’t open up so I could take the bracelet off. The two associates tried as best as they could but still nothing. They gave me a couple options that I could do one was to call the customer solutions. Which I will do next week. Also they did tell me that they advice customers to take their bracelets off daily. This came as a shock to me as not one associate has ever told me that with as many times I have shopped there in the past.

I gave purchased from Pandora for some years now. The customer service is always exceptional. Although this visit was an exchange, the first visit was about a 20 minute wait. But they constantly checked on us and made sure we had a brochure to make shopping inside of the store faster and easier.

Every time I've been to this store I have been more than satisfied with the service and the product. I have been a customer at this particular store for years I always come here on my birthday, Mother's day and just because days. Me and my twin shop here on a regular basis can't get enough of pardora.
