Iwona, Pandora Sales Rep was extremely friendly. She asked questions to understand the purpose of our visit. The selection of charms she showed us was spot on and we made a selection. In and out quickly, none of that looking at every single panel in the store. Upon leaving she provided us with an updated Pandora book, so next time we will know exactly what we want or utilize curbside service.
