Hello - I was highly satisfied with my visit because last year I lost my Pandora bracelet and all of the charms I had accumulated. Essence was the young lady who assisted me and my daughter, I was not quite ready to purchase a bracelet again after losing my first one but after speaking with Essence I jumped back on the wagon and purchased another bracelet, this time with a safety chain. Essence walked me through the difference between the two types of safety chains. She was able to pull up my account and share with me all of the previous charms I had purchased and advised on which ones were still available. She then assisted my daughter in her very own purchase with the help of Summer shadowing her. It was very pleasant shopping experience.

I had very good experience in this store with very helpful people only thing I think is needed is more Disney Mickey Mouse Charms.
