I got into the store, told the women what I wanted and she showed me some charms..picked it out and left. It was a very good experience

I sent my Bangle bracelet out for repair to the clasp. The amount of time and the repair work was good. I had no problems get what i needed.

Because I go in and know what I want and get completely deter from what I was there for in the first place. And I’m not easily influenced

My salesperson was Noor A. and she was very knowledgeable about all products and was very sweet. She made sure she sanitized all products before and after she or I touched them. She had to go in the back of the store to get one of my charms, but she made sure she asked me if I needed anything while I was waiting!
