Although line was long due to health reasons, I didn’t mind. It was the stores obligation to keep us all safe. I appreciate them for that. They had us sign our names on a list to keep order. When I got in the store, I knew what I wanted. Meg helped me and she was great. She went to exactly what I wanted and she was very knowledgeable. I was in and out within five minutes. The friendliness was there and the cleanliness. Thanks Pandora. I will be back

The customer service was beyond great. Considering having to stand in line for maybe 30 minutes outside of the store because of the coronavirus pandemic, once I get into the store my sales rep was very Kind, she suggested great pieces and she was very patient with indecisiveness. She gave me information about bringing my Pandora jewelry and to be cleaned and even told me about the turnaround time to get it back.
