Pandora had the Merchandise I was looking for and the staff was really helpful. My bracelet and charms were not cleaned correctly.

My sales rep was Amanda. She was Very patient, courteous, suggestive, Sooooo friendly and had a people’s personality to show me as a customer that she Enjoyed her employer and it wasn’t just a job. Kudos Amanda VERY IMPRESSIVE!!!!

Because my salesperson Zoe was very cordial and eager to please. i must say the wait of over an hour was very frustrating but i understand social distancing at this time. But once inside everything was fine.My needs were attended to and she was very nice in seeing that we were satisfied.

The young lady that helped me Essence was very knowledgeable and patient with myself and my sister. She went above and beyond to meet our expectations and assist us. She’s a wonderful asset to have apart of the pandora team.

Essence was our sales woman and she was great! She went above and beyond for me and my 3 sisters as we were on a sister date shopping for each other. I look forward to seeing her this weekend since I was undecided on a bracelet and charms she showed us a couple days ago. Thank you so much Essence for your great customer service!!!
