Pandora Jewelry

On 7/10/20, my friend and I went to Pandora in Orland Park mall in Orland Park IL. I had to return a bracelet from my previous purchase 2 days ago. I was also having a bad day because my 13 year old dog, Rex, is really sick. So when I met my sales associate, Iwona, my whole attitude changed. She was so knowledgeable of everything Pandora, patient, and funny. She also has great taste. She helped me create a beautiful silver bracelet with rose gold charms and clips and also recommended a Chicago charm for my black leather Pandora bracelet. Iwona is the best sales associate that I ever had at a Retail store. Iwona really brightened my day and I will always continue to shop with her.

I have shopped at this Pandora location on several occasions. The reason I continue to return is because of the friendliness of the sales staff and the professional courtesy I get each time I come in.

This is the store I purchased all my jewelery for PANDORA....I love it....also I am very sorry to hear that the ORLAND PARK STORE and many others are no longer carrying the PANDORA COLLECTIONS.

I picked up a ring that a diamond came off, when i got home later that day I notice that the another diamond missing. I called and left a message, they called me 2 days later and talked to the office/store manager Cara at the Orland Square Mall. Explain what happened and she was nice to let me come in and get a credit on the ring and have her Sales Associate help me pick out another setting. May, was the young lady that helped me and I could not be any happier with my setting and the help she gave me. Thank You

With the challenges we are facing due to COVID-19 I still received quick and friendly customer service . The cashier was nice and helpful and very patient.

I was highly satisfied with my experience because the Salesperson knew exactly what I was looking for. She also showed me the ring that goes with the necklace and I thought that was so nice. Also, The necklace I bought was sold out online but they had it in the store.
