Essence was amazing. She provided exceptional customer service & she was very knowledgeable about the charms I was looking for. She even recommended a different type of bracelet that actually looked better than the one I picked out and it was the same price.

While waiting in line, an associate brought out books to browse the selection. The associate brought out cold water while waiting. Once inside, Cheryl was very helpful and friendly.

It's was my first time shopping at Pandora. To be honest, it was a beautiful experience. I'm thinking to go back and buy more beautiful bracelets because my husband bought me my first Pandora bracelet personalized with charms of my choice.
