I was highly satisfied as I was able to call and put the charm on hold. As I was waiting in line outside the store, which was very organized, an associate came to greet everyone. As I told her i put a charm on hold she helped me right away. The store looked great and clean.

Amanda was extremely helpful with helping me make selections to complete my bracelet . Amanda helped with placement of the charms on my bracelet , it really looks nice .

This was my very first visit to a Pandora Store. I went in to purchase a bracelet for my granddaughters golden birthday. I was happy to discover they had a adjustable charm bracelet that she can grow into. Iwona J #125352 was my sales person and she was wonderful, and very helpful. I also purchased a cupcake charm for the bracelet. I spoke with her about the need for Pandora to design a adapter so I could wear my older charms from my godmother on my Pandora bracelet now. Please look into this design idea. I am sure you will sell many!
