The greeter at the door was amazing and very kind the entire wait we had to get into the store. The associated was great I was getting a bracelet for myself and she helped pick out a great size so I won’t lose it and a nice charm to start me off.

On this visit I was picking out charms for my daughter birthday the sales associate was very helpful. She was very willing to assist with the selection i was looking for . Also checked on the one charm that i was looking for to see when it will come in.

The sales associate took her time and explained everything in detail. My problem was solved and I ended up leaving with better! Overall great customer service skills and customer care!

The girl I had was amazing. She was so friendly and helped me pick out the perfect charm bracelet. She had a lot of knowledge on the charms and bracelets and helped me so much.
