I was very satisfied with my recent purchase at PANDORA Orland. Essence was a great help and had exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond to assist my mother and I choosing charms and other items. It was truly a great PANDORA experience.

When I walked up to the store I was greeted and given a catalog to look at while waiting to be water on. Once called upon, the young lady greeted me and ask how can she assist me. She was so pleasant and patient. Such a great atmosphere. I love doing business with Pandora.
