My salesperson Essences had great customer services skills when dealing with a customer. Essence was able to answer all my questions and complete my exchange for me.

They were really clean. They only allowed 4 people in the store due to covid and that was nic. I forgot her name but she was really helpful even though I didn’t get what I came for she made she I was satisfied

The sales associate was very friendly. She knew exactly what I was looking for. She also let me try on her rope bracelet as I had ask if it was in stock, which it wasn’t yet.
