I was in and out quickly. The friendliness of everyone in the store. Everything I wanted was available.

My Sales Associate acknowledged me as soon as I walked into the store. She asked me questions on what I was looking for and was able to present a variety of charms. I only went into the store to spend maybe $120.00. By the time I left I had spent over $500 and applied for a credit card. Lastly, she organized all my charms to be balanced and beautiful on my wrist. I am a Senior Client Service Advisor in the Banking Industry. Zoe(Associate 186239) provided me superior service.

The store wasn’t crowded and there were enough attendants to take care of all who stopped in. I didn’t feel rushed.

The salesperson was very friendly and quite knowledgeable of the merchandise. She was able to recommend a new style of wearing my bracelet and I purchased 3 new charms because of this. I always cherish all of my Pandora items.
