I walked in unsure what to do with my gift. I have bracelets for years but grew tired of my pieces. I brought my pieces and the sales person Loretta showed me the new look of pandora and I purchased a charm for a necklace.

Iwona was very helpful. She made sure I saw all the different charms so that I could make the best decision. She took the time to fully explain the warranty. Wish this store was closer to my home (750 miles away).
