Good and fast service. I was in and out, no wait time and the associate was just customer friendly.

The sales associate took the time to listen to my needs and her actions and suggestions were helpful in way that provided me with guidance to make the best purchase. The sales associate made the visit feel personal not as if they were trying to get a sale but as if they were concerned about my needs and making sure I was happy.

The sale associate was very personable and helpful. The offering of water and snacks was a good touch.

The store was very busy for an event but I was greeted and assisted right away by an associate near the door. She then passed me over to Taylor, who was very friendly and helpful. Other associates nearby were also helpful.

I wanted to buy a charm to celebrate my birthday this month and the sales associate was very helpful in helping me pick out some special charms. I purchased a champagne charm and a dog charm. I was also interested in some of the necklace and earring sets; I will probably go back soon to purchase one.

Employee walked right up to me. Easy exchange. Clean store.

Besides the fact that I love to shop overall. I love the concept that I can tell a story w/the pandora charms!
