Therese was extremely patient and provided options to me. Showed me different styles of bracelets. Set up bracelet with different charms and then added trinity's for 'color". Really like how bracelet was created.

The sales associate was very pleasant and accommodating. She spoke encouraging words about the jewelry.

I usually shop at other jewelry stores and it's ok but I now prefer to shop at the Pandora store. I felt very good about the purchase I made. The sales lady was very kind and helpful.

I had purchased initials for my bracelet on my last visit along with some other charms. When I got home the initials were not what I really wanted in size for my bracelet. I was dreading returning them because of my miscalculation on how the size would look on my bracelet. It was a large order and I wanted to keep some of the charms but return others. My salesperson was very understanding and helpful with the return and purchase of some more suitable charms.
