I was overall highly satisfied with my Pandora experience on today due to the wonderful associate that assisted me during my visit. Shanica B was an awesome associate. She greeted me promptly upon me entering the store. Shanica was very knowledgeable about the products and services that Pandora offers. Also, she was very resourceful in reference to special financing options. Originally, I only intended to purchase just a couple of charms but the end result was that I purchased eight new charms and a new bracelet. Shanica had my old bracelet cleaned right away and even rearranged all of my old charms and added the new ones as well. She was very attentive during my entire visit. I look forward to working with Shanica B in the near future.
