The bangle bracelet I had was not locking properly and I almost lost a charm due to the end cap falling off. This was the second bangle bracelet I’ve had to bring back due to its malfunction in the last 30 days. I decided to exchange the bangle for something else completely because of my frustration with the bangle bracelet. The sales associate understood my frustration and was really helpful in helping me complete the process.

Good service, good selection.

The sales associate was very helpful. She answered all of my questions and made suggestions for products when the ones I wanted wasn’t available. She also showed me a better way to close my bracelet. Also, she helped me arrange my charms so the won’t harm my bracelet.

I love when the store is not to busy and the sale associate was paying attention to us.
