I was very impressed by how helpful the Pandora staff was. When I immediately walked into the store i was greeted with friendly smiles. Everyone was eager to help me find a piece of jewelry for the best possible price as well. I am definitely going back to Pandora for my birthday!

They do not take forever to please the coustomers. If out of stock of a charm they show you another that is close to it. The assistants is very professional with a family atmosphere

Therese help me sign a very beautiful bracelet. Now my mother wants to purchase a bracelet as well. This is my second time in the Orland Park store and it was a pleasure visit. All the ladies that work in the store are very nice and pleasant.

The sales person was amazing Shanica B. very knowledgeable . She told me things I never knew over 10 years of buying Pandora. Great service.
