I was very pleased with the Attentiveness of ALL the Associates that were working that day. First question was... Is this your first time here? Of course my answer was, Yes! And everyone was so excited, even the customers. So I was even more excited. I almost thought I would get a glass of wine while I shopped for my wife’s gift. The experience was so pleasant that I plan to be a forever customer.

Zoe was very helpful, kind & knowledgeable. She was very observant with current jewelry that I was wearing and that allowed her to make recommendations.

Zoe was very welcoming and friendly from the beginning of our transaction. She kept a smile on her face the entire time. She helped me with my return and answered all of my questions. She was very knowledgeable about the products and suggested charms, bracelets, rings and earrings to help me complete my purchase. She moved around the store with grace and quickly was able to locate everythat I asked for. A great customer service agent is rare and much appreciated.
